Designing

Designing is a process that requires quite a bit of organization, and we tackle it step by step. The most important thing is to get to know the client well, to know his wishes and ideas, lifestyle and style, because this will be the easiest way to start working in the right direction. We also present our way of working and the procedure in detail. This is followed by an overview of the space, the first conceptual design, 3D drawing, selection of colors and materials, and finally we prepare the conceptual folder. Of course, we are in constant contact with the client in order to get as close as possible to his wishes or to present him with optimal solutions on our part.
01   First meeting
This will be an opportunity to present to you in more detail our way of working and the possibilities of cooperation. We will obtain from you the vital information we need to accurately compile a design offer.
02   Examination of the space
At this stage, we review your documentation, if available. If it happens that it is not available, we start viewing the sketches, conceptual suggestions, review of the existing condition, floor plans, existing rooms and then give you an approximate price. For more complex projects, we opt for visiting the building itself.
03   Conceptual designs
Based on the floor plan and a snapshot of the existing condition or a scheme, we prepare as many options for you as possible for the installation of furniture elements and partition walls in a scale of 1:50 or 1:25. This means that when you look at the conceptual design, you see the design in space, in the right size.
04   3D drawings
After designing the rooms and all the discussed elements, we prepare all the aforementioned in 3D visualization. The 3D drawing includes all your ideas, requirements and suggestions which we talk about all the way to the exact 3D drawing.
05   Colours, materials
The choice of colours and materials is done by sampling in our studio. We choose all furniture materials according to your budget and wishes.
06   Preparation of the concept portfolio
We prepare project documentation which includes all detailed sketches for furniture elements, colour theory, description and selection of wall and floor coverings, lighting project with a selection of lights, micro-locations for electrical installations, micro-locations for mechanical installations, inventory and selection for selection of sanitary equipment and inventory and selection of joinery.
